How Simporter handles your data.

Data handling

Your data, your rules

Your research data stays yours. Research briefs, results, and deliverables belong to the client. Simporter does not use client data to train models or share it with other clients.
We never see your raw data. When using synthetic panels, Simporter generates simulated respondents. No real consumer PII is collected or stored.
Encrypted in transit and at rest. All data is encrypted using TLS 1.2+ in transit and AES-256 at rest.
Access controls. Role-based access ensures only authorized team members see project data. Enterprise accounts get dedicated access management.

Infrastructure

Hosted on secure, SOC 2-compliant infrastructure.

Database: Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security.

Payments: Stripe. Simporter never stores card numbers.

Authentication: Supabase Auth with bcrypt password hashing.
